Seaside Charm: 3-BR Beachside Haven

This charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and seaside relaxation. As you step inside, you are greeted by an open concept living space that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining or spending quality time with loved ones. We also have a bonus sunroom that is perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning cup of coffee. House is steps to the beach with ocean views from almost every room. The space The house is a 30 second walk to Ferry Beach and only 3 miles from downtown Old Orchard beach. We are also only 10 minutes from the highway if you want to take the 25 minute trip to downtown Portland. We also have a studio apartment space above the one car garage that sleeps 4 and has an additional bathroom that we rent for an additional fee. There is an outdoor shower on the property that is there primarily to rinse off after the beach that we allow guests staying at the other 2 properties on site to use. Other things to note Please take note that we have parking for 3-4 cars. Detailed parking info is listed in the house rules. We are pet friendly but ask you PLEASE clean up after your pet at all times. If you are a smoker, please dispose of your cigarettes accordingly and do not leave them on the ground or in the firepits.
