Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home that is a perfect luxury retreat for families! The updated large kitchen and open concept allows for multiple families to enjoy time together, and still have enough space to spread out across the multiple living and play rooms. This property is located in Coolidge Falls in Lincoln, New Hampshire and sits right across from Loon Mountain ski resort with amazing views of the slopes! During weekends in the ski season, the bus will pick you up right in front of the house and take you directly to Loon Mountain! In the summer, it's a quick walk or drive to hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, or swimming in the river or at the pools. The house has four master suites with private bedrooms, and a lower level with a 5th bedroom and separate bunk room that share a another full bathroom. The primary master bedroom has a private steam shower, and the lower level bathroom has a large private cedar sauna. Outdoor Weber grill has direct hookup to propane line, and house comes with a Charter Membership to the Village of Loon Mountain Swim and Tennis Club which can be used by renters as part of the house rental. Sporting equipment is located in the garage (basketball, football, soccer, pickleball, yard games, wiffelball, tennis, etc.) **Please Note -- Coolidge Falls is a quiet family community and parties and loud get-togethers are prohibited. Please refer to Association and and house rules included in short-term rental agreement. These rules, as well as occupancy limits, are strictly enforced. Absolutely NO smoking, candles, open flames, portable grills or smokers, fire pits, torches, weapons, or fireworks allowed on the property.
