Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request The space The lovingly renovated forest room is located on the upper floor of our house with a fabulous view over the Swabian Alb. We consciously worked with warm hues and a lot of warm light accents to create a feel-good atmosphere. A large part of the furniture and wall coverings are handmade from old wood, in the room there are large plants and a pine forest fragrance from Primavera to enjoy the characteristic forest room with all your senses. Arrive, feel good, slow down and relax – you can do all this quickly with us, according to the feedback from our many satisfied guests. And the highlight💫: the private sauna in your own bathroom and panoramic view of the Swabian Alb. Here's what you can expect: - 1 living room and bedroom (linen included) - 1 flat screen TV (Netflix and AmazonPrime possible registration) - 1 Bluetooth sound box from HarmanKardon - Wi-Fi - 1 ensuite bathroom (towels included) - 1 private sauna in your own bathroom - for a usage fee of €10 per day (including 2 high-quality sauna infusions from Kneipp, 2 large sauna towels, 2 sauna kilts or 2 bathrobes) - High-end room scent (forest/pine tree) from Primavera 2 balconies, the larger balcony offers you - scenic views - Seating and small table - 2 high-quality wellness loungers with cushions and blankets - A Weber gas grill (including gas) 1 kitchenette (without stove, without sink) with: - Capsule coffee machine (coffee capsules free) - Tea included - 1 bottle of mineral water included - Fridge - Kettle - Toaster - egg boiler - Cutlery, crockery, salad bowls, wine glasses - 1 microwave oven (microwave dishes included) - Dish service (will be cleaned by us, for you) - 1 wardrobe with shoe rack - Parking for up to 2 cars in your own yard - Charging column for electric vehicles (at extra cost) - experienced and friendly hosts on site, for all questions about the stay and/or excursion tips Optional: - 1 toddler bed/ extra bed - Wood toys (on loan for the stay) - 1 high chair - Play opportunities in the garden For further requests, just ask, we will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For breakfast, the Glocker bakery with large selection can be recommended in a short 10-minute drive (8 km). What you can't expect: - Amenities of a city, we live in the countryside, it's quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. There are, however, few delivery services, no walking options, etc. - a fully equipped kitchen, in our accommodation there is no dishwasher and no sink (dishes are picked up and cleaned by us), no hob or oven. There is a gas grill for this. Guest access Access is via the front door. The hallway leads directly to the guest room on a separate floor. Only the anteroom is a passageway to our office. Other things to note Our household also includes a cat as well as 16 chickens and 4 dwarf rabbits, which you are also welcome to feed. There is a lot to discover in our garden, especially in the spring and summer. Especially for children, the pond (of course secured) as well as the chicken enclosure, the rabbit stable and other play facilities are a nice conversation. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE: We have a kitchenette, but NO full kitchen. + Gas grill (gas and grill cutlery included) + Microwave oven + Fridge + Coffee maker (capsule coffee included) + egg boiler + Toaster + Dishes, salad bowls, cutting boards, silverware, glasses, mugs, etc. - No cooktop/ stove - No oven - no sink, or dishwasher So you can easily prepare breakfast, snacks, salads. Meat, fish, etc. can be prepared on the grill (on the balcony). The dishes are washed by us for you.
