Enjoy a stay very close to downtown Grand Rapids. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a 2-unit listing. Each unit is a 1 Bed + 1 Bath with full kitchen and living room. Shared entrance into the building and separate units once inside. Enjoy privacy from each unit when you need and come together when you want. There is so much to do in Downtown Grand Rapids! We have so many suggestions to make your stay great. Guest access These are private units that have a private living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The only space that is shared is the main entrance and foyer with washer and dryer. No other tenants have access to your units. Other things to note This is a historic house with a lot of character and it has its quirks. While we don't anticipate anything to happen, we have flexible schedules and are able to help promptly if anything comes up! There is no central air, but we do have multiple window units that we will put in when temperatures get above 80 degrees. Lastly, there is no off-street parking, so if you plan to bring a car you will be able to find parking on Oakley or an adjacent street within a block.
