Private 'Granny flat'/Studio

Studio flat under the main house Perfect for a work space or a quiet get away Own door access, deck area, use of garden and shared off street parking Close to beautiful beaches, variety of walking tracks, shops and cafes (10-15 min walk in any direction:)) Easy access to town, a regular bus route and 10 mins from the airport Quiet setting, amazing sunsets and stunning birdlife Must be ok with dogs, and willingness to share any pats and attention you can offer with the resident pooch-Takurua The space Super comfy double bed in a spacious room, leads on to a kitchenette and shower room/toilet. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster, kettle and sandwich press available for use. There is also a BBQ outside that you are welcome to use. Some of the features and furniture are a bit quirky (I love to recycle and repurpose), but we reckon that this just adds to the 'charm'. Guest access Please come and go and treat the space and garden as if it were your own. I am upstairs in the main house or contactable if you want anything, but am often actively busy so we may not even get to see each other (esp if you would prefer not to:)) Other things to note We have a dog. He likes to pretend he is a 'guard dog' but is a big sook really who loves cuddles and pats. If you are not a dog person I can keep him in the house and away, but otherwise, if you are happy with it, he will just get on with his life also. If you are bringing your own furry friend, can we have a chat please about how to best accommodate this so that they are happy and you know they are safe. If your a parkrunner, (or think that you might be), happy to give you a ride, and/or advice on which one to go to. (5km run/walk; 8.00am Saturday mornings, various locations around Aotearoa if your interested)
