A spacious place that combines rural charm with a modern, comfortable and fully equipped house. 10 km from Salento, 7 km from Circasia and only 2 km from the Pereira-Armenia highway. Here, you can enjoy Quindío at your own pace. The space There are places that you know and others that you experience. Finca Buenavista is made for enjoying at a leisurely pace. Here, mornings begin with birdsong, fresh mountain air, and the green landscape coming through the windows. The wooden floors, the wide corridors and the architecture of the house preserve the warmth of the Quindío countryside, while its interior spaces offer the comfort of a modern and fully equipped house. Its five rooms, all with double beds and mountain views, maintain a permanent connection with the landscape. Each room has access both to the interior of the house and directly to the exterior corridors, so that leaving the room also means encountering the countryside, breathing fresh air and contemplating nature. The master bedroom also offers a private bathroom and a Turkish bath, creating an intimate space for rest and relaxation. The other four bedrooms have two full bathrooms for your use, plus a guest bathroom available in the house. The heart of Buenavista is made for sharing. A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 12 people, and a cozy fireplace create the atmosphere for preparing a meal together, sitting around the table, chatting late into the night, or enjoying the cool mountain evenings. On the second floor, you'll find an entertainment area with ping pong and board games, designed for those afternoons and evenings of laughter, small tournaments and good times with family or friends. And then there's the terrace. One of those places where it's easy to lose track of time. From there, you can admire the mountains and a privileged view of Armenia from above, quietly enjoy a coffee, take in the sunset, or simply sit and watch the landscape change. The terrace also has a wood-fired oven and a Jacuzzi for those who want to add a special moment of relaxation to their stay. The Jacuzzi is available upon request between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM for an additional fee of 90,000 COP per two-hour session. But Buenavista is much more than a house surrounded by nature. It is an organic agricultural production farm. After coordinating with our team, you can visit the greenhouses and get a closer look at the productive life of the farm, an opportunity to learn firsthand how we grow crops and make the experience of being in contact with the countryside even more authentic. The property also has ample private parking spaces, and its location in the rural area of Salento allows you to enjoy the peace and privacy of the countryside while having an excellent starting point to explore Salento and discover the main attractions of Quindío and the Coffee Cultural Landscape. And after exploring, the best part is always left for last: returning to Buenavista. Go back to the mountains, walk through their wooden corridors, light the fireplace, share time around the table, or simply listen to the silence of the countryside. The crops and greenhouses are located in areas separate from the house, allowing you to enjoy the spaces intended for guests with total tranquility and privacy. If you want to learn a little more about life on the property, you can visit our greenhouses and get a closer look at organic production, after coordinating with our team, always respecting the activities of the crop. During your stay, you will have the support of a person from our team, who will be available to welcome you, guide you through the house, and help you when needed. Other things to note We want you to enjoy Finca Buenavista with freedom, tranquility and respect for the environment. To take care of the house, nature and everyone's experience, we ask that you keep these rules in mind: 1. Registered guests: Access to the property is exclusively for those included in the reservation. Visitors or outside persons are not allowed to enter without prior authorization. 2. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in enclosed spaces. 3. Pets: We currently do not accept pets. 4. Parties and events: not allowed. Buenavista is designed for resting, sharing, and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. 5. Crops and greenhouses: We are an organic farm in production. These areas are separate from the home, and entry is allowed only after coordinating with our team. 6. Noise and quiet: We appreciate keeping the volume moderate, especially at night. Our quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. 7. Property care: We invite you to enjoy all areas of the house and the property with the same care with which they were prepared to welcome you.
