Manor House wing with easy access to London

An imposing and stylish Victorian manor house built in 1901 in the style of Edwin Lutyens. Its private gardens are an integral part of the charm of the house and it's believed Gertrude Jekyll was involved in their design. Wormley village , my house based is in an outstanding area of natural beauty and the green belt within leafy Surrey hills. The space The spacious, secluded, self-contained, 2-storey wing sleeps up to 14 comfortably or up to 16 using additional folding beds. Courtyard and garden, private entrance. Private parking for guests included. The wing is self-contained and newly decorated in an excellent state of decor and cleanliness. There are 7 bedrooms with 5 double beds, 2 king sized beds, plus an extra 2 folding beds and one sofa bed can be used if required. The house benefits from many of the characteristics which its age is best known for, including spacious well-proportioned rooms with high ceilings, which are well lit with large windows and some with double aspect. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Children's toys and books aplenty. (Please note it is not ideal for disabled guests). The wing is connected to the rest of our house but self-contained. When we have guests booking , we only have one group for exclusive booking. Facilities The wing has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/toilets with three showers, there is one toilet available, sitting room TV and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 fridges. Iron/ironing board and 3 hairdryers provided. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer is available. Towels, linen, toilet paper, soap all provided. As well as some basics in food cupboards like condiments, herbs. Guest access Guests are expected to behave as they would in their own home. Prior permission should be sought for holding parties.
