Restaurant, pizzeria and café within a 10-minute walk. The space In a nice and quiet area, you will find our family-friendly house. Ground floor: An open space with kitchen, combined dining area and living room as well as a cozy fireplace. Dining area for 10 people. One bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms: One bedroom with a single bed (90 cm wide) and one bedroom with a large single bed (120 cm wide) Exit to a large terrace where you can eat, enjoy and just relax. Garden with large terrace: Dining area under roof for 10 people. Different areas to enjoy and relax. During summer: trampoline and pool. Ground floor/basement: Two bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and bedroom/TV room with two single beds (80 cm wide) can be turned into a sofa with covers and large pillows during the day if you want. A bathroom model simpler with a very small sauna (2 persons) combined with washing machine and the possibility to hang laundry. No shower in the bathroom on the lower floor. The shower is in the bathroom on the entrance floor. Parking is available for 2 cars. Grocery store (ICA Nära) within a 5-minute walk Nice restaurants/bar in the nearby area: Rinos bodega on Svartlösavägen and Långbro Värdshus in Långbro Park are recommended Michelin-star restaurant Aloë, 15-minute walk Långbro Park is a nice place to just hang out during the summer (about a 15-minute walk) Långsjön is a nice lake with a swimming area (about a 20-minute walk) Mälarhöjdsbadet is a larger, nice swimming area (about 15 minutes by car) You can get to Stockholm city by public transport in about 20 minutes or by car in about 15 minutes.
