Cozy Stay off Ashley River

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Whether you are here for work or play, this quiet tucked away neighborhood is only a 5-10 minutes drive from the airport, outlets, breweries, restaurants, I-26, I-526, Bosch, Boeing, 20 min from DT Charleston and 30 min from the beach. Stay and sit on the neighborhood dock to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ashley River and beautiful sunsets over Magnolia Gardens. The space Room is very private located on the first floor with own bathroom and outdoor patio. Shared area is on second floor; living room, kitchen with coffee bar, half bath and a screened in balcony. Guest access First floor is all yours excluding the garage; there is an ironing board, washer, and dryer you may use. There’s also a television with streaming services in the room and Wi-Fi available for any personal electronic devices. There is a mini-fridge in the room for your convenience but feel free to keep any large items in the shared kitchen refrigerator as well as use any kitchen utensils or spices to cook. The coffee bar is complimentary; both coffee grounds and k-cups available with sugar/creamer provided. There is also a larger television for use with comfortable couch seating in the shared living room. Third floor is off limits to guests. During your stay I will be available through text/call for any questions or concerns, make sure to leave a message. I should get back to you within the hour—I’m going to school/working part time but check my phone periodically. Other things to note I have one cat; you may never see her unless you’re in the kitchen and she thinks she can snag some food. She may come up to you for some attention, but don’t be offended if she hides most of your stay. I understand some people are not into cats, that is why I ask to please keep your room door closed at all times so she can’t sneak in there. I want to keep that space as “cat free” as possible.
