The space Welcome to the wonderful Villa Poggetto, a fully renovated historic 19th-century house spread over three levels, offering high-quality accommodations to host large groups of friends or families. With a breathtaking view of the garden and the swimming pool, the villa offers all modern comforts without sacrificing the historic and romantic atmosphere that only a 19th-century property can provide. The Villa is reserved exclusively for one group at a time, ensuring maximum privacy throughout the stay. The atmosphere is a blend of rustic Tuscan charm and understated elegance: a true haven of luxury and tranquility. On the ground floor, there are two fully equipped kitchens and a dining room, 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, TVs, and safes, and two half baths. On the second floor, you'll find three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a minibar, and a coffee machine with pods. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners to ensure a comfortable night's rest, even on hot summer nights. Also on the second floor, you will find a large open-plan space with an equipped kitchen for 25 guests, a dining room, a reading room with a fireplace, and a master bathroom, and from the equipped terrace, you can admire the five villages that surround us.
