The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper which can be used to sleep two people separately, or can be converted into a king size sofa sleeper. Villa Moderna is privately owned and operated, however all the amenities of the Beach Club are available, including the activities desk with concierge, Olympic size pool with an island and gardens, gym, and car rental desk. The beach is right in front of the property. The bigger beach is within 7min walking. The closest grocery store is just 2 min away by car in Porto Cupecoy where you will also find a few nice restaurants and boutique shops. The airport is about 15 minutes by car. It is about the same 15-20 minutes by car to Marigot, the French side capital, and to Philipsburg.
