Rustic house in the sun!

Quinta Rosa is a rustic hideaway, perfect for rest and relaxation, yet only 10 minutes by car from the towns of Loulé, São Brás de Alportel and the village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe. Featuring a lovely plunge pool, the rear garden is perfect for lazy days in the sun, bbq’s or al fresco lunches. The wonderful beaches of the Algarve are only 20 minutes away by car, as is Faro and the airport. Surrounded by nature, you will get to experience the real Portugal! The space The Outside Space With 4 sun loungers and a generous seating area there is plenty of space to chill out in the rear garden and enjoy the plunge pool. Lighting it set on a timer, allowing you to enjoy the garden long after the sun goes down. There is a large table and covered seating area for mealtimes or for evening drinks. To the front of the house, enjoy the lovely mature garden, featuring a lemon and loquat tree that bears fruit every year. Help yourself! The pergola and seating area is the ideal place to enjoy coffee in the early morning sun and in the hot summer months this is also a cool corner away from the afternoon heat. The front of the house offers off-road parking for 1 car. The Inside Space The house has 2 air conditioned bedrooms, one with en suite. The master offers twin beds and the second bedroom a king size bed. Both are equipped with clothes storage and hanging space. The main bathroom is spacious with a cubicle shower and vanity unit. The country style kitchen is well equipped with a gas oven/hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of utensils. There is a large breakfast bar for casual dining. A washing machine is available in the outhouse. In the lounge you are well set up for cooler months when you want to be inside. A log burner keeps you cozy when the temperatures drop and there is an internet enabled TV (Netflix, Amazon Fire TV, YouTube), a DVD player with huge selection of films and book cabinet with circa 30 books to borrow. Next to the lounge is the dining area, ideal if you want to eat inside in a more formal setting. Guest access This is the entire house with driveway, front and rear gardens and fully private entrance and pool. Other things to note Quinta Rosa is all about calm and relaxation!
