Relax with the whole family at this luxurious home located in the sought after Nedonna Beach neighborhood. The house is an easy 5-minute walk to miles of sandy beach. The open concept living room has a smart TV, large gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and plenty of space to unwind. Off the living room is a table for extra dining or for playing one of the many board games available. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen is ready for any meal, featuring a coffee bar and wine fridge. Step outside to the backyard patio where you’ll find a built-in fire pit and propane grill. Upstairs, the spacious king suite has a spa-like bathroom, smart TV and private deck facing the ocean breeze. Bedroom two has a cozy queen bed and the third room has twin bunk beds and full sized bed. Having two young kids, we understand the struggles of traveling. For that reason, the place is stocked with pack n’ plays, kids dinnerware, toys, retractable gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and many other safety features and bonuses. With the home located on a dead-end street (same street with the beach access), one can safely enjoy riding bikes or walking in leisure. Directly across the street is a scenic wooded network of trails that lead to the beach, Nehalem River, and creeks. The nearest beach is a well-known spot for beach combing, surfing, mussel foraging and jetty fishing. During king tide season, the waves crashing over the jetty rocks make for a spectacular show. In late summer, indulge in the tasty blackberries growing abundantly just across the street. Don't forget to take advantage of nearby crabbing and clamming with our provided crab rings and clam guns. The Kelly Brighton marina is 2 miles north, where you can rent a boat, go crabbing, buy fresh seafood and they’ll even cook it for you. Take the famous Oregon Coast train, tour the Tillamook Creamery or historic Tillamook Air Museum, hike Neahkahnie mountain, and explore the scenic northern coast. The town of Rockaway Beach is a convenient location for meeting many vacation goals. At the end of the day, you will retreat in style and comfort. Two well-behaved & house trained dogs allowed with $40 fee. Dog bowls, blankets, towels and waste bags provided. Please no pets on the furniture/beds. Parking: 3 cars max (2 if vehicles are large)
