Beautiful double bedroom in Acton W3

My house is on a lovely quiet residential street only 3-5 minutes walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Microwave & kettle in the bedroom with plates, cutlery. Bathroom is shared with myself. No access to my kitchen. Please don’t ask for special access. Refusal often offends. Acton Mainline on the Elizabeth line is 12 mins walk. Train is 11 mins to Bond St. Acton Central 5 mins walk then it’s 30 mins train to central London Bus stop 5 mins walk Parking - visitor vouchers The space The room is a good size (3.6m x 2.7m), is at the back on the 1st floor and so is quiet. It is equipped with a microwave, a kettle, plates, cups and cutlery; and a little washing up bowl. You can wash up in the bathroom using the bowl. There is no fridge or freezer in the room. Please note: there is no access to my kitchen or garden or recreational use of the front yard. Please note also: there is a studio apartment on the 2nd floor of the house with its own lockable entrance. A very nice couple live there. It is their private flat and they do not share any amenities with us. But they come through the front door of the house to get to their flat. Plus we do have a quiet time from 10.30pm-8am in the house. So we kindly request doors are closed gently and guests speak and tread quietly at this time. Thanks. Guest access Guests have access to the shared bathroom and their own room. The kitchen, living room and garden are not accessible. And there is no use of a washing machine.
