It has a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV and large dining table for up to six people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with windows. The modern bathroom with shower and window completes the comfort. Highlight: the mobile sauna for pure relaxation. The space The apartment is located on a secluded courtyard in the middle of the forest – surrounded by nature, tranquility and space. The extensive property with several buildings is far away from everyday life and offers ideal conditions for relaxation, retreat and a conscious time-out. In the morning you will be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the evening you will enjoy the silence of nature. The apartment is located in a separate building on the ground floor and is completely self-contained. It has a bright daylight bathroom with a floor-level shower, sink, toilet and washing machine as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The living room offers a dining table for up to six people, a cozy sofa bed and a fireplace. A special highlight is the sauna – ideal for rest, relaxation and recuperation. In addition, there is the possibility to rent additional single rooms in the same building. There are also other buildings on the farm, but they are not rented. Guest access Guests have access to the separately locked apartment on the ground floor of a separate building in the courtyard. In addition, the outdoor area with terrace is available – ideal for relaxing, eating outdoors or enjoying nature. On the extensive forest property there is a fireplace that can be used by arrangement. The surrounding forest invites you to take walks, relax and experience nature right outside the front door. The sauna can also be used by arrangement. There are other buildings on the farm that belong to the property, but are only partially accessible to guests. If necessary, additional individual rooms in the same building can be rented separately. Other things to note Pets can be brought along by prior arrangement.
