Your stay will be filled with vibrant and colorful cheer. This home away from home is very welcoming and has the perfect layout for two adult couples or a family with kids. Fully stocked kitchen. Luxury linens and towels provided during your stay. There is a large yard and ample parking at this location. Open floor plan makes relaxing with family and friends much more enjoyable. Perfect for a girls nite-in, a slumber party, and much much more! We furnish thick, absorbent towel, and quality sheets and pillows to ensure a good nite's rest. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a yummy meal. The two bedrooms and pass-through room have a FireTv (not pictured) and the living room has a Roku TV. There is a charcoal grill to the unit as well some outdoor seating around a table on the side of the house for guests to enjoy! We have monthly pest service but it is possible to see an occasional bug or spider as we are in the south. Everything is accessible with exception of the storage closet, which is locked and the door knob is colored differently from the rest of the door knobs. I am in town and only a call or text away. Very popular brand new Mead distillery, Flora De Mel, right around the corner with marvelous restaurant inside and live music some weekends. There is also a yummy Mexican restaurant, Amigos at Peerless Mills, and Dollar General, less than a mile away, right around the corner. St Elmo is a short drive and sits at the bottom of Lookout Mtn which takes you to the area where you can visit the Incline, Ruby Falls, Rock City, as well as many locally owned restaurants.
