Charming studio with pier on Mobile bay

The studio suite is a one room studio (approximately 280 sq ft) and is equipped with mini kitchen, including useful kitchen aids such as microwave, toaster oven, electric hot water kettle and Keurig coffee maker. The refrigerator is ample in size. A small bar for dining/work is available. The shower and toilet are in self-contained stalls (see pictures). This space has a flat screen television and closet space. There is one queen bed which can sleep two people. The studio has a dedicated heater/air conditioner, which has a remote control. The outdoor patio is ample in size with space to relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. Parking is limited to one vehicle. The floor above this studio may have other guests, who occasionally may be heard walking above this studio. Guests are permitted to use the pier for relaxing and fishing, IF A LIABILITY WAIVER IS SIGNED. Once a reservation is confirmed, the WAIVER will be e-mailed for signing. Guests must observe the the posted pier rules, which include no swimming, jumping or diving in the water. Please note that a vacation rental agreement is required. Read a copy in the "house rules" section before booking. About one week before your arrival, we will e-mail you a copy to be completed by DocuSign. No damage deposit is required. Other things to note This property is directly on the bay and on the ground floor. When storms are in the area our guest should take the proper precautions for safety.
