Horses grace on the other side in the early morning. Garden furniture and a grill to enhance this real country side authentic Puertorrican experience to the fullest. The space This one bedroom country house is located just at the edge of protected agricultural land, so you will experience a very calm and quiet time between birds & flowers. The house has a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with washer and dryer and 2 powerful AC units. All windows have screens and black out shades and a living room area with comfortable dining table and chairs. The room has a brand new comfortable queen size bed and there is a desk and office chair inside the spacious closet, with a window facing the garden and strong WiFi for when you have to work. Guest access This will be your home for the time of your stay! You will have access to the entire house, High Speed Wifi, ROKU Smart TV, Washer & Dryer (We do not provide laundry detergent) AC and Kitchen. LGBTQ friendly. Other things to note This is your perfect getaway disconnect home. Despite WiFi, this house is located in a rare, humble and authentic Dorado neighborhood. Very quiet, very safe with premium, humble neighbors. Because of the protected land facing the patio, you can lay on the grass between Jasmines, Roses, Gardenias and Helicon and just disconnect and listen to the birds and the ocean. A coconut tree is the central piece of the garden and if in season, plátanos and avocados are also at your disposal, right from the trees. You may also stumble upon turtles in the creek, crabs or little frogs around the garden. Cattle, horses, goats can also walk around the grasslands, sometimes even at night. Kids can be seen playing down the road on their own and horses may grace your front door as local trainers gallop down the street. With all this beauty comes some tropical bugs so you might want to keep the main house door closed.
