Our property is a snapshot of Ruidoso in the tall pines. Our quaint property offers a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and on-site laundry room and is single level. We are located just 1.2 miles or 3 minutes from the snow park, ski area turn off, the Sports Complex/softball fields, Alto Lake and the Alto Café. We are located in a well-established, quiet neighborhood. Discounts are offered for longer stays. Transaction Privilege Tax License #03606856000-GRT The space The Cozy Cabin has three bedrooms with five beds and one sleeper sofa. The three bedrooms are one King & Queen bed in the master suite, one King bed in second bedroom, and two Twin beds in the third bedroom. The sleeper sofa is in the main living area and there is also a queen air mattress available if needed. Our property is single level with easy access for anyone with problems climbing stairs. There are 2 steps up to the master bedroom and stairs going off the deck into the yard, these are the only steps which can be avoided if you have problems with stairs. The property offers an open concept floor plan with the main entertainment area just off from the kitchen, and overlooking the large desk space. A large sliding glass door connects the deck space to the main entertainment/dining area and offers additional outdoor seating to expand the entertaining or relaxing area. The main front yard is fenced for children and pets. We offer 35% weekly discounts and 40% for monthly rentals. We are flexible for earlier check-ins, simply ask me if you need an earlier check in or a little more time checking out. We provide internet via Starlink which is strong and reliable with speeds over 450 Mbps making our cabin a great remote work location. Guest access The entire house, minus the owners closet which is located in the hall between the two back bedrooms. Other things to note Here is a quick snapshot of what you can expect regarding amenities while staying with us. The kitchen has all the amenities required to cook meals—pots, pans, plates, serving bowls, glasses, utensils, and we stock spices for cooking. We also offer coffee and tea. Our property has all linens—bed, bath, kitchen, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand and dish soaps. There are also cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes. Of course all paper products—paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and trash bags are also provided. There is also a small assortment of bags and foil in the kitchen.
