Pinks Beach house

A lovely little, recently renovated beach house with all that you need for a great holiday by the beach. The space A family friendly holiday house that accommodates up to 6 people. Set in the quiet end of Pinks Beach, this property overlooks the conservation reserve and is a short walk to the foreshore. Enjoy a day at the beach followed by spectacular sunsets. Key features include: • An open plan living area with tiled floors and split system air-conditioner / heating. Each bedroom has a free-standing fan. • Brand new modern kitchen with ample bench and cupboard space. • 3 spacious Bedrooms, freshly carpeted, finished with blinds. Bed 1 (King), Bed 2 (Queen), Bed 3 (2 x single). • The bathroom has shower, large vanity, single toilet & washing machine • Out the back you can enjoy spending time with family and friends in an undercover paved area with BBQ and a large outdoor setting. Watch the sunset with a drink in hand. Linen is provided but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. Kingston SE has great fishing. There is plenty of parking space to bring a boat and there is a fish cleaning area to use on the side of the shed. The shed is not available for use. A well-behaved pet is welcome. Additional pets must be discussed with management prior to your stay. The backyard is not enclosed. The house is not on main town water due to its location. We run on water tanks only. Other things to note We are a short walk through the dunes to the family friendly beach where you can swim and stand up paddleboard. You can also drive on the beach and watch the sunset. The beach is dog friendly. The closest boat ramp is 20km away at Cape Jaffa Marina. Bring your bikes - there is a great bike track a couple streets away. Ride beside the beach into Kingston SE town (6km). Kingston SE has coffee shops, supermarkets, bakeries, takeaway fish n chips, the jetty or hotels. Further afield you can tour local wineries, 4WD, secluded beaches. Attractions include: - The Big Lobster - Cape Jaffa Lighthouse Museum - Kingston Jetty - Cape Jaffa Wines (and a handful of other wineries close by) - Robe Long Beach
