This Northwoods retreat is all it’s meant to be. The cottage has an open-plan living space with natural light-filled rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities needed, or dine under the stars on the outdoor decking area with a large table and chairs. The bedroom has ample sleeping space for larger groups or families with a unique bunk bed design consisting of a single bed on top and a Full bed below, next to a Queen stand alone bed. Minimalistic storage space with clothes rack and hangers, and wall-mounted ROKU TV. The living room boasts an open layout leading to the kitchen and dining area with wooden flooring throughout, a large plush gray surround couch, and a TV to unwind after a day of adventure or enjoy gathering together for a movie. Outdoor enthusiasts can fish, swim, and boat in the serene waters, enjoy a wood fire pit with lawn chairs, and take advantage of the private BBQ grill. **Keep in mind, this is a waterfront property on Green Bay with a natural shoreline. The bay is a large body of water that fluctuates throughout the year. Depending on weather, rainfall, and other natural occurrences, the shoreline changes as Mother Nature dictates. When water levels are low, the shore will expose a muddier perimeter. This is an ever-changing landscape and is not within our control, only ours to admire and appreciate. Additionally, the property is surrounded by thousands of acres of public wooded land. Nature and wildlife in all forms is apart of this location and is expected to make an appearance!
