The space Situated on the "North Channel" of the St Lawrence River (Canada).The North Channel is a unique piece of land, as it is situated on a peninsula. Enjoy the sunrise and watch boats pass by during the day. While catching incredible views of the sunset at night. .Maximum overnight guests is limited to 5 guests. Thank you! Guest access Guest have access to the entire property. The property is exclusive to our guests. Guest are welcome to dock their boats (whips on dock). Enjoy fishing from the dock or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit.The cottage can accommodate 4 guests overnight. Other things to note BBQ onsite, guest are required to provide their own propane tank Propane can be provided for 20$ Firewood is also available for $10 a bundle. Please inform host if required prior to check in. Please inquire about pets. An additional cleaning fee will be added. TV is equipped with Amazon Firestick,add you credentials to watch Netflix etc.
