Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Seated on 40 acres of beautiful land with a pond for fishing. Relax by the pool, play horseshoes, and enjoy the firepit and outdoor life. The space 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed in each, two full bathrooms (one with walk in shower), handicapped accessible bathroom doorway into the bathroom, living area, and kitchen. 40 acres of land pool and hot tub fire pit lounge seating horseshoes fishing Longhorns, horses, donkeys, and llamas in fenced in portion of land Combination gas or charcoal Grill Feels private and secluded but is just across the road from a grocery store (Brookshires), Sonic, and more. Other things to note SMOKING: There is absolutely NO smoking allowing inside the home for health reasons or on or near any grass, please smoke only on the concrete driveway area and dispose of all butts properly. EVENTS: are allowed on a case by case basis (not limited to but may include birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, weddings, family reunions, photo shoots, etc.) and may be subject to an additional fee. Event barn available for hosting events (based on availability, at an additional cost). Our home is open to 6 guests unless further discussed and outside guests who are not part of the reservation are not allowed without prior approval. This includes use of any amenities (pool, outdoor spaces, or property). PETS: We love our pet pals but pets are ONLY allowed with paid pet fee. Please ask prior to having more than 2. Please do not bring any pets that aren't potty-trained. Keep in mind, while we have fencing, it is cattle fencing and is not "pet-proof". Please see polices and rules for further elaboration and details. Our home is situated near the train tracks and occasionally you will hear them coming by or blowing their horns. We love that it adds to the true Western feel. This is a working ranch, so there will be people on the property or in and around the barn working with the animals and or doing handy work from time to time. At no time will anyone be using the pool or home for any reason while it is occupied by Airbnb guests.
