The primary bedroom has a king bed with attached private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed/twin bunk. The living room has a pullout couch with a full mattress. The house can sleep up to 6 adults per city permit, or 9 people with at least 3 being 12 and under. The space "Palomas Place" is located on Palomas NE in Albuquerque, NM. This three bedroom, two bath, mid-century modern home set in a quiet neighborhood in NE Albuquerque. It is 1 mile north of I-40, 3 miles east of I-25, which makes access to shopping, UNM, the balloon Festival, multiple golf courses and the airport seamless. You will enter the home to an open floor plan living space with the original hardwood under foot and a beautiful art deco ceiling over head. Living room contains a flatscreen, smart TV, two adorable chairs, leather sleeper couch and ottoman. Adjacent is a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 more chairs to sit and eat at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies and stainless steel appliances and a gas stove to support your cooking needs. The spacious master suite has a plush king size bed covered with cotton sheets and quilt, and 4 pillows for quality rest. There is also a flat screen, smart TV for late night movie streaming. Attached to the master suite is the private bathroom. On the opposite end of the home are the other two bedrooms and bathroom. One room has a queen sized bed and thoughtful decor. The other is called the bunk room; twin over queen bunk beds, also with thoughtful decor. The second bathroom has been tastefully remodeled to preserve the fabulous retro style of yesteryear. It has a tub shower combination. This house has a 2 car garage not currently being used for parking, but to house the laundry service and even better a game room for those competitive spirits to challenge each other in a game of darts or on the ping pong table. It is a great space for an evening of fun ! The backyard is surrounded by a six foot cinder block fence which provides fabulous privacy for yard games like corn hole or simply relaxing by the fire pit taking in the spectacular NM weather on your cozy outdoor furniture.
