Grizzly Chalet at Hillside Lodge

Grizzly Chalet is a spacious, cozy chalet with a fire place (wood provided) that sits amongst a few other cabins on our 20 acre, riverfront property. One private king bedroom with ensuite bath and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds will provide a great space for you to relax and unwind. Golden is a short drive away (13kms) and all amenities are there - great restaurants, grocery stores (cabin has basic kitchen) and more. We provide you with a door code & phone number in case we aren't home. The space Our property is very beautiful with stunning views of mountains and the Blaeberry River. Grizzly Chalet lives right in the middle of it all with access to the river path. We offer Wifi in the main lodge only and the TV in the cabin is for DVD's only - bring some or choose from our large selection (in the main lodge). Cozy up by the fire (inside or out) after a fun day hiking, biking or exploring the outdoors and unwind. Guest access Outside of your cabin, you have access to the communal BBQ area and parts of the main lodge - there is a 'family room' where you can watch satellite TV, log on to Wifi and borrow DVD's and games. Other things to note By law, we have to charge a 2% MRDT fee (Municipal Regional District Tax). This will be added prior to confirmation. Any hosts who do not charge this tax are breaking the law and may be shut down - please be aware of this. Registration Details Provincial registration number: Exempt
