Chantry Devon Pottery

The Pottery is a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Devon countryside. Chantry is an organic farm where families (and their dogs!) are warmly welcome. You can explore our gardens and meadows, meet the animals, help with lambing, eat al fresco.. The Pottery is a great base to visit a range of beaches, walk the southwest coast path, or to get up to Dartmoor. And in the winter, there's the Aga and a log burner to warm you up after your adventures. The space Downstairs there's the farmhouse kitchen, with an Aga, electric oven, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. You can walk out from the kitchen to the raised terrace for a sunny spot to eat, or you can go on through to the dining / living room, which has sofas in front of a a log burner, and a dining table. Upstairs there's three bedrooms (one kingsize, one double, one single) and an upstairs sitting area (with a sofa bed, that can be made up on request). There are two sunny bathrooms (both with baths, one with a shower over the bath) upstairs and a downstairs loo. Outside there's a garden just for you, with a lawn for picnics, set in the midst of our 30 acres of gardens and fields that you can enjoy and explore.
