Waterfront House w/ Pool and Kayaks (Family Place)

- Waterfront location at the end of the canal!! ***Quiet residential area*** - No outdoor speakers/fireworks/parties. We love our neighbors!! - Bring your boat or use our kayaks to cruise the Laguna Madre - Very well stocked kitchen, gas grill - 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2400sf - 2 kings, 2 full beds, 4 twin beds - New AC units - Easy walk to the beach with a stoplight on our street to cross Padre Permit #2023-0041 The space 2400 square feet of freshly renovated home! Upstairs you'll find the open living room and dining area, off of which is the kitchen with a view of the back deck and water. Continuing down the hall you'll find the two guest bedrooms, one with two twin over twin bunk beds, and the other with a full over full bunk bed. The guest bathroom with tub/shower combo is across the hall from both guest bathrooms. Downstairs is the huge master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The master also has an office area with two desks. Also downstairs is the finished garage which set up as an oversized bedroom with a king bed which functions as a second master. Off of this bedroom is a newly finished full bathroom that also houses the washer and dryer. Both bedrooms downstairs have doors which lead outside. Outside you'll find the perfect size pool for the kids which has an awesome view of the canal. This is where you will be spending most of your time. Plenty of outdoor seating will have everyone fishing or simply watching the fish jump all day long. We've even seen jumping stingrays and the occasional dolphin in the canal! Out front is the expansive parking area, which would easily hold five or six cars. Guest access The upstairs door has a smart lock. Your code will be available through the Airbnb app under check in instructions. There are a few closets locked with personal items or cleaning/maintenance gear. Other than that you will have access to the entire property. Other things to note We are dog friendly (up to two) but unfortunately do not allow other pets.
