We are a big provider of accommodation in Melbourne. Our houses are regularly cleaned and maintained. All rooms are lockable and safe with everything you need. The space The property and rooms are as described in the photos. The room is large and generously proportioned and it includes: - Built in Robe - TV - Queen bed - Desk - Bedside Tables - All linen and towels are provided. The focus is on comfort and convenience in a friendly and inviting environment. It’s a ready-made home away from home. Common areas are managed by us and cleaned weekly or twice a week to ensure they are always clean. Guest access Each guest has exclusive access to their own bedroom. However, if you are in the mood to socialise and meet new people in the same situation as you this property provides a perfect environment for guests to meet and mingle. The property has a nice undercover BBQ area, a perfect way of socialising with the other guests. The property has: - Unlimited NBN high speed internet - Outdoor Undercover area - Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and sink, pantry and fridge space for each guest. - Dishwasher - TV area - Laundry Other things to note - The common areas of the home are cleaned professionally once or twice per week. - This property is one of our oldest options . Some people do want a budget option, nothing fancy, just a private room to sleep at night, and that is who this property is aimed for. - Kitchen pots & pans are available but shared between all guests. No oil, salt, pepper and basic food is provided. - Toilet paper is only provided upon check in.
