Centrally located, yet quiet with shopping nearby and in 15 minutes you can walk to Emmerich's Rhine promenade. Or just cycle to the Netherlands? In addition, there is a large TV room with 75’‘SonyTV with its own bioethanol combkm and a study with 2 monitors incl. USB-C docking station, through the view into the garden, you can work quietly and relaxed here. The large bedroom has a box spring bed with 160cm width (2 duvets) and a passage to the dressing room. The other two bedrooms are each equipped with a 140cm wide bed with a large duvet. In summer, the large terrace spoils with cozy evenings, a gas grill and a fire bowl complete this quiet oasis. In the hugging garden, in the lower part of the garden, there is a sun island that invites you to rest and relax. Other things to note The apartment is heated in the heating season from October 1 October to the 30th April via central heating. The daytime temperatures are set to 22 degrees, the lowering temperature to the usual 18 degrees. Should different wishes arise here, I ask for coordination. The resulting additional consumption will be charged at 10ct per kWh (gas).
