Relax on the Lower Rhine - bright house with fireplace

Forget your worries in this very spacious, light-flooded and serene house. A central starting point for a relaxing time on the Rhine. Centrally located, yet quiet with shopping nearby and in 15 minutes you can walk to Emmerich's Rhine promenade. Or just cycle to the Netherlands? No problem, just 4.5 km and you have arrived in the neighboring country. The space Large bright living room with huge windows, adjoining dining area and open kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a fully automatic coffee machine from DeLonghi and a food processor from Vorwerk, the Thermomix TM6. In addition, there is a large TV room with 75" Sony TV with its own bioethanol fireplace and a study with 2 monitors incl. USB-C docking station, through the view of the garden you can work quietly and relaxed here. The large bedroom has a box spring bed with a width of 160 cm (2 duvets). The other two bedrooms are each equipped with a 140cm wide bed with a large duvet. In summer, the large terrace spoils with cozy evenings, a gas grill and a fire bowl complete this quiet oasis. In the hugging garden, in the lower part of the garden, there is a sun island that invites you to rest and relax. The wine bar located in the garden (outside area) is available for use from April 2026. Other things to note The apartment is heated in the heating season from October 1 October to the 30th April via central heating. The daytime temperatures are set to 22 degrees, the lowering temperature to the usual 18 degrees. Should different wishes arise here, I ask for coordination. The resulting additional consumption will be charged at 10ct per kWh (gas).
