Relax on our comfortable couch while watching TV, and rest easy on our cozy queen bed. The studio has a full bathroom, including a shower/tub, sink, and toilet. We understand the importance of feeling and looking your best; therefore, we have provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and soft fluffy towels for a comfortable stay. After a walk around the Windy City, there is no better way to warm up than with a hot shower in our clean bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils to make home-cooked meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen also boasts contemporary granite countertops, adding a touch of elegance to your cooking experience. **Parking: You will need to find parking on the side streets. We do not have a designated parking spot. Please make sure to check the signs and tow-away zones. **The unit is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs. Guest access The unit itself and laundry room are available if you'd like. Other things to note -All guests must be attentive to the house rules during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. -Avoid congregating in the public areas inside the building. When you need to, please make sure to wear a mask. -Bath towels are provided per number of guests, not per number of stays. MAIL AND PACKAGE DELIVERY -We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment as we have lost deliveries. A nearby pickup/drop-off location is recommended to ensure you get your mail/package. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it to us in real time so we can address it immediately.
