Big private room in a newly renovated apartment and modern building located in a safe area in Amsterdam.15m2 room contain a kingsize comfortable bed, big closet,working space,fiberglas speed internet(WiFi),TV. Free parking.City center is within 15-20min by tram which is only 1min walk. No other guests only the owner.Easy access from Schiphol. Big supermarket and cafes close by. No breakfast included, no smoking inside. Living room, kitchen, bathroom are shared with owner.Laundry for extra charge Other things to note --Laundry is possible for an additional charge of 20 euro per load. For stays longer than 5 nights laundry is for free (1 load) --Kitchen appliances are available for use including microwave, except the AEG black oven (exception only for long stays starting from 5 days) --Smoking weed is not allowed not in the apartment nor on the balcony or outside area --No pets --SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT after yourself in the shower, toilet, in your room or other areas you use every time you are leaving it and no one else is there. If this rule is broken you would get a warning for the first time, if the rule is broken multiple times, I will have to send you a 20 Euro money request. Waste of resources is NOT ACCEPTABLE --CLEAN the bathroom after yourself (wipe the floor, remove your hair, flash toilets, etc.) —The room has a lock to be closed from inside of the room for extra privacy if needed, but no key provided to close it from the outside --Guests must inform the landlord of the intended check-in and check-out times before the day of arrival. If this does not happen, you must adapt to the availability of the host. --No parties --Guests must respect the privacy of the landlord - -After 23pm we ask to be respectful as we are normal working people - -You can arrive at any time, but please respect the silence if you come at night !!! In case something will be done to a property by the guests ( any damages to a property, smoking, removing curtains, bringing or taking drugs, any illegal activities or making too much noise, sleeping outside the room in the shared locations) give right to a host to terminate a stay immediately without any compensation!!! !!!
