3 Things People Love About This Space: •We’re an easy ½ mile walk from the Columbia City LINK Station with ready access to the airport, stadiums, downtown, and UW. •We’re a few blocks from Columbia City and Hillman City business district with great bars, restaurants, and shops. •Lovely clean private suite with your own separate entrance. 2 Things People Might Not Like: •Our family (including Pepper the dog) lives and makes noise above it. •The ceilings are LOW—5’9” at some beams and ducts. The space This suite is perfect for singles or couples. It's located in the ground level of a historic home in a diverse neighborhood. Easy access to LINK Light Rail and Metro bus routes. The suite includes a private full bath, kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge, and your own private entrance. Control your own heat in winter and cooling in summer. Guest access Your suite is totally private from the rest of the house, with its own entrance. If you bring a car we can arrange for off-street parking in our driveway. Other things to note If my available dates don't QUITE match your travel plans, feel free to message me. I might be able to extend availability one day at either end.
