Beds in a 19th-century Eco House
Description
If you need support on your journey, and you want your stay to have the least impact on both your pocket and the environment and the territory you are visiting, I will be happy to host you in my 1800s EcoCasetta, renovated and made eco-sustainable. In the morning you can have an Italian breakfast with coffee and/or cappuccino, hot bread and if available local specialties (pasticciotti). The space The two rooms, which are connected but separated by a door, are on the second floor and the shared bathroom is on the first floor. For guests, the sun patio is at their complete disposal where they can smoke, sunbathe, have breakfast or snacks, and hang laundry. Guest access Access is from the street front directly to the staircase that leads to the first floor where there is the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the alcove occupied by the host, and from where you access the staircase that leads to the two small rooms on the second floor. Due to the height of the steps and the steepness of the staircase that leads to the two small rooms, we do not recommend booking by those who, due to age or health or walking problems, may have problems in coping with them. During your stay As soon as guests arrive, I ask them to contact me through phone applications where I can send them all the references of the area where they can eat, shop, go to the beach or suggestive places to visit, and where they can possibly make further requests. Other things to note Those who book my two rooms must know and accept my presence, albeit sporadic, during the day on the first floor. The bathroom is unique and shared on the first floor.
