Our peaceful cottage in Storlidalen – in the middle of nature

Welcome to our dear cabin in Storlidalen – a peaceful breath in beautiful Trollheimen. Here you live completely for yourself, with mountains, water and tranquility right outside the door. Paddle with the kayaks in Ångardsvatnet, light the fireplace or enjoy the starry sky by the fire pit. The cabin has everything you need for comfort – and a little more. Electric car charger and firewood are included. Child and dog friendly. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do here ❤️ The space The property is located in a valley surrounded by high mountains. The cabin is easily accessible from the main road and there is a road all the way up. There are no other cabins at the property. There is a porch with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pan on both sides of the cabin. Below the cabin there is a large open area and it is walking distance down to Ångårdsvatnet, where you can swim or use kayaks. Vassli pumping station is located below the cabin, but does not obstruct the great view of the beautiful mountains. There are some power lines that run from the pumping station and hang over the road to the cabin and further up to the mountains behind the cabin. These do not obstruct the view. Guest access Guests have the entire cabin and outdoor area to themselves. Two kayaks at Ångardsvatnet are available for use, as well as a fire pan and outdoor furniture. Electric car charger and firewood are included. There is a road all the way up, and no other cabins close by – here you get peace and nature all to yourself Other things to note Washing and cleaning is done by the guests – we appreciate that the cabin is left as it was found. Bed linen can be borrowed if desired, but must be removed before departure. There is a water house nearby that can make some noise – most people don't notice it, but it's good to know. It is possible to park right outside the cabin all year round and we hope you will enjoy it here as much as we do.
