There is a paved area outside the kitchen door for outdoor dining and lounging, and a generous fenced in backyard. This house has a deeded beach at the top of the street, and is within walking distance to ice cream, grocery store, pharmacy, Jitney, and playground. Guest access Everything you could need is within walking distance. You don’t need to worry about beach stickers as this house has a private beach at the top of the street. The public town beach is within walking distance and has a great playground. Other things to note This is the perfect place for a small family - close to everything the North Fork has to offer. If you have a toddler, pull them to the beach in the cart!
