Lyngen Panorama "Solberget" med glass Dome

The cabin is located on a rock just 50 meters from the sea with a fantastic view of Lyngenfjorden with Lyngsalpene in the background. The view is unique! The cabin was put into use in 2016 and has all the amenities for both short and long-term stays. The cabin is cozy and warm, with a fireplace in the living room, heated floors in all living rooms and air conditioning/heat pump. The entire front of the cabin consists of glass from floor to ceiling. Here you will find peace and well-being that is good for body and soul. For extra enjoyment, you can take a bath in the Jacuzzi. The space The cabin is located on the west Uløya in the north-troom in a slightly sheltered cabin area. To get to Uløya you can take a plane to Sørkjosen and a small drive in 20 minutes, or fly to Tromsø, then it is about 3 hours to Rotsund. From Rotsund must take a car ferry over to the island which takes 8 minutes. The cabin is located about 4.8 km from the ferry dock. There is no public transport on the island, so your own car is an advantage, it is about 7 km by road on this side of the island. The cabin is nicely located by a low-traffic road with easy access. Here you can enjoy your stay in bright and pleasant rooms. The cabin consists of exterior hallway, 2 bedrooms on the main level and loft, bathroom, living room, kitchen and large terraces on both sides of the cabin. There is also a roof over on parts of the terrace, on both sides of the cabin. The jacuzzi is located on the side of the main terrace and is a bit sheltered. When you swim there you can get the feeling of swimming out in the fjord. Uløya is well known for fine hiking both summer and winter and many visiting the place. Uløytind is an attractive target with its 1114 meters above sea level and with an amazing view of the fjords and islands around. Many ski tourists have had a unique experience, here you ski from the highest peak and all the way down to the sea. The municipal center of Nordreisa is located on Storslett a drive of 20 minutes from Rotsund. Here you will find several grocery stores, furniture and interior store, clothing stores, wine monopoly, bank, car growth and much more. The place also has a health center, emergency room and doctor's office as well Havn's place of trade has been in operation since 1868 by the Giæver family and has been a resident for more than 6000 years. Here you will find an small shop that has basic items for your stay. There is also a museum and a unique picture gallery of Anie Giæver. Havnnes trading post is an old trading post, one of the few still in operation. There are many old, beautiful and well preserved buildings. Guest access The whole cabin is available for the guests, except the garage. Everything is included in the price, no extras for the use of the jacuzzi, the dome, wood for the fireplace or the use of snowshoes. You just need to have your luggage with you to shop for food for your stay. The jacuzzi bath is heated and ready to use. We also have a fantastic great dome/outdoor living room/northern lights hut, where everything is in glass it is very nice to observe the northern lights in and nature round us. There are also 6 sets of snowshoes/ poles in the cabin if you want to take a trip into the field in the winter. Other things to note There are many hiking trails both long and short close to the cabin, with fantastic and varied nature. You can go on nice hikes in the shore, out to the beach, on a forest hike after trail, mountain hikes, summit trips, or just enjoy the cabin life and the amazing view. Only a half hour drive to Skjervøy you can book whale watching during the period November to January/February. Northern lights safari, it you enjoy from the terrace by the fire pit or in the jacuzzi. In the summer you can book a trip by river boat to go into the nasonal park of the travel valley which has a completely unique and beautiful nature. The surrounding area offers many options.
