Lyngen Panorama "Solberget" med glass Dome

The cabin is located on a rock just 50 meters from the sea with a fantastic view of Lyngenfjorden with Lyngsalpene in the background. The view is unique! The cabin was put into use in 2016 and has all facilities for both short and long stays. The cabin is cozy and warm, with a fireplace in the living room, underfloor heating in all living rooms and air conditioning/heat pump. The entire front of the cabin consists of glass from floor to ceiling. Here you will find peace and well-being that is good for body and soul. For extra enjoyment, you can take a bath in the Jacuzzi. The space The cabin is located on west-Uløya in north Troms in a slightly sheltered cabin area. To get to Uløya you can take a plane to Sørkjosen and a short drive of 20 minutes, or fly to Tromsø, then it is about 3 hours to Rotsund. From Rotsund you have to take a car ferry over to the island which takes 8 minutes. The cabin is then about 4.8 km from the ferry dock. There is no public transport on the island, so your own car is an advantage, there is about 7 km of road on this side of the island. The cabin is nicely located by a slightly trafficked road with easy access. Here you can enjoy your stay in bright and pleasant rooms. The cabin consists of a hallway, 2 bedrooms on the main floor and loft, bathroom, living room, kitchen and large terraces on both sides of the cabin. There is also a roof over parts of the terrace, on both sides of the cabin. The Jacuzzi is located on the down side of the main terrace and is a bit sheltered. When you swim there you can get the feeling of swimming out in the fjord. Uløya is well known for nice top tours both summer and winter and many visit the place. Uløytind is an attractive destination with its 1114 m.a.s.l. and with an amazing view of the fjords and the surrounding islands. Many ski tourists have had a unique experience, here you can ski from the highest peak and all the way down to the sea. The municipal center in Nordreisa is located on Storslett, a 20-minute drive from Rotsund. Here you will find several grocery stores, furniture and interior stores, clothing stores, liquor store, bank, car repair shop and much more. The place also has a health center, emergency room and doctor's office Havnnes trading post has been in operation since 1868 by the Giæver family and has been a settlement for more than 6000 years. Here you will find a small shop that has basic goods for the stay. There is also a museum and a unique photo gallery by Anie Giæver. Havnnes Handelsted is an old trading post, one of the few that is still in operation. There are many old, beautiful and well-preserved buildings. Guest access The whole cabin is available to guests, except for the garage. Everything is included in the price, no extra charge for using the jacuzzi, the sauna, wood for the fireplace or the use of the troughs. You only need to bring your luggage and buy food for the stay. The jacuzzi is heated and ready for use. We also have a fantastic dome/outdoor room/northern lights cabin, where everything is in glass, it is very nice to observe the northern lights and the nature around us. There are also 6 sets of snowshoes/poles at the cabin if you want to take a trip out in the fields in the winter. Other things to note There are many hiking trails both long and short near the cabin, with fantastic and varied nature. You can go on nice trips in the foreshore, out to the beach, on a forest hike along the trail, mountain hikes, top hikes, or just enjoy the cabin life and the amazing views. Only half an hour's drive to Skjervøy you can book whale safari in the period November to January/February. Northern Lights safari, you can enjoy it from the terrace by the fire pit or in the jacuzzi. In the summer you can book a trip with a river boat to go into the Reisadalen National Park which has a very unique and great nature. The surrounding area offers many opportunities.
