Tiny House · Via La Calera · Nature and recharge
Description
Discover the experience of living in a minimalist way in La Tainy, a mini-house in the middle of nature to disconnect and recharge. La Tainy is located in a moor of exceptional beauty, just 20 minutes from Bogotá, on the La Calera road and before the toll, so remember to bring warm clothes. It's a fantastic weekend getaway, perfect for longer breaks or to place yourself in a supportive environment to bring out your most creative work. - Wi-Fi included - The space La Tainy: Our Tiny is ideal for 2 people. It has a main mezzanine with a double bed (queen), a second cozy relaxing mezzanine (the "parchadero") with a single bed, a living room with a fireplace and desk, an equipped kitchen and a two-burner stove. You can also have washer-dryer, hot water, hairdryer, luxury towels, campfire area and BBQ, garden and parking. In addition, you will have certain everyday essentials like chocolate, tea and coffee. The Neighborhood: Tainy is located on the moor so you will be in a unique ecosystem. The environment is a place of disconnection from the noise of the city and also of connection with our personal or professional priorities. It is also a space for creative guests who are looking for an inspiring place to work. You have the possibility of hiking in nature, 5 minutes from La Tainy, overlooking the San Rafael dam, or 15 minutes, to the city of Bogotá. The end of the Santana La Aguadora hike, for which you have to register on the Aqueduct website, is a 15-minute walk away. The surroundings: The terrain is endowed with a great variety of trees and native vegetation. Within the great variety you can find: laurel, frailejón, yarumo, eucalyptus, pine, chusque, ferns, lulo, sauco, seven lees, guayacan, arny, ayuelo, agras, granadilla…etc. This variety of flora is added to the great diversity of birds that wander around the place. If you have patience and luck, you will be able to see: hummingbirds, a family of flying hens, the guardian owl and you will even have the singing of the neighboring roosters. For us it is a priority to take care of the natural resources that surround us: We live by rainwater, we use biofilter for the treatment of gray water, we recycle and compost. This is why we ask that you help us take care of the environment you will be in. Guest access You will have access to the entire property: Access to the parking lot (it has space for two cars), gardens and La Tainy house. The land is an oasis in the mountains, but surrounded by neighboring houses. Please keep them in mind when the urge to howl at the moon arises. Other things to note It is important to note that despite the amenities La Tainy provides, this is in a completely rural location. The field, can provide us with unexpected situations, for which we are usually prepared, but during your stay, there may be some power outage, the internet, strong cold in the early hours when the fireplace goes out, or the visit of a curious insect friend. In any case, we will be pending for your stay to be of the best quality possible. Finally, there are certain house rules - de la Tiny - to keep in mind: - No Smoking Inside ; - Bring your PET for an additional price; - Always use the drinking water we make available to you to drink, cook and brush your teeth - think about not drinking tap water while you shower :') ; - Take care of the water as the house lives on rainwater ; - Look at the instructions on the chimney before using it ; - Do not enter Tainy with shoes ; - Do not flush papers in the WC ; - Recycle ; - Please locate the organic trash in the small trash, and tell us if you want to be a part of our composting system; - No parties ; - Request anything you need! and...
