Located in Safety Beach and only a 5 minute drive to Woolgoolga. Our home ticks all the boxes for anyone wanting to holiday in a family friendly beach side community. Take your pick from the many activities available usuch as: - Walking, surfing, fishing, kayaking on one of the many beautiful beaches and waterways. - Play a round of golf at Safety Beach Golf club. - Check out the awesome Mountain Bike Trails in the Wedding Bells State Forest. - Feel free to utilise our gym equipment in the shed. - Relax and enjoy a morning coffee on our alfresco area OR spark up the bbq and maybe even gather around the fire pit at night. Firewood supplied and can be found on the eastern side of the shed. - Woolgoolga also has several café’s, restaurants, pubs and a brewery if you’re looking to dine out. - Enjoy our lovely home and make friends with the local wildlife and Kangaroos that sun themselves in the yard. Sleeping Arrangements: Plenty of room for a family gathering with the space to sleep 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with ensuite. Sliding doors out onto alfresco area Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Children’s Activity/Loungeroom: double fold out sofa bed Kitchen/Living & Dining: Open plan with beautiful fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine), dining and living area. Large sliding doors open out onto the alfresco area with lounge chairs and coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large picnic table and a bbq to enjoy your meals outdoors TV/Media Room: Enjoy a movie night or watch your favourite sports on the 65inch Smart TV with soundbar Children’s activity/loungeroom: feel free to keep the kids entertained in their own space with TV, toys etc. Ducted air conditioning throughout the house with ability to have separate bedroom and living zones. Laundry: fully equipped with washer and dryer Great size yard to enjoy or for the kids to play. Alternatively, it’s only a short stroll down the end of the street to the Safety Beach kids park. Garage will not be available. However, plenty of parking available with 2 car spaces on the driveway and access to large shed for parking or even storage of boats, kayaks, bikes, surfboards, golf clubs etc during your stay.
