The Island RV Micro Resort, Block to Beach!

Welcome to the Island RV (Airstream) Micro Resort! Perfect for a minimalist weekend getaway, a romantic couples trip, a beach work-cation hideout, or even extended snowbird stay. With all the amenities of a house/hotel like a 3 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and full bathroom. Enjoy your own private micro glamp-ground a few minutes walk to the beach. Take an outdoor shower, dip in the hot tub, borrow some boards or use the work-station in the club house (with laundry onsite!) The space This Airstream RV has recently been updated with walnut laminate wood flooring, honeycomb gold flecked backsplash in the kitchen and modern plumeria floral accent wallpaper. in the dining area. The one bedroom in the back has 2 single beds which are full length. Perfect to snuggle up then sleep restfully in your own bed. The bedroom's sliding door is perfect for privacy and an additional privacy slide screen is located at the kitchen. 1 full bathroom, with an independent shower, meaning someone can use the toilet while someone else uses the shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, microwave and a 3 top burner propane stove. Across from the kitchen is a cozy dinette table which fits 2 adults comfortable or 4 people snugly. Both AC and Heat and ready to go. The RV is equipped with a full hook up, meaning electric, water and sewer on demand. The soft leather couch pull outs to make a full bed and the RV has both overhead and ambient lighting. The exterior of the Island RV include a private side yard with ambient evening solar and garden lights, a lighthouse water feature and soft wind-chimes to create a relaxing vibe. There is a full patio set with 4 chairs and umbrella and two lounge chair with a small table in the middle. The Island RV is just a few blocks from Deerfield’s legendary Beaches, shopping, dining, and more. If you want to access the intercoastal waterway, it is just two blocks west of the Island, and you can paddle to Capone Island, a Broward County State Park. Outdoor Bath House On your way back from the beach, or before you hop in the hot tub, try out our custom outdoor bath house. Complete with a 12 ft high rain shower, a marble sink, and luxury toilet, the Bath House is the perfect place to rinse off or get charged up for the day. The Bath House was designed for our guests and custom built to offer a getaway during your vacation. The inside is finished with imported bamboo, and high quality hardware. The tall walls provide privacy, while the open air lets the trees and breeze creep in while you are relaxing in the warm water of the luxury rain shower. After experiencing the The Bath House, you might not want to shower in your room! WIFI The Island RV Micro Resort boasts the fastest possible wifi speeds available in the nation. If you are working remotely, or streaming Disney+ your wifi speeds will be the fastest available. The Xfi router and fiber wifi will allow you to connect all of your devices while staying at the Island. The wifi is free for all guests at the Island. Breakdown of amenities Club House / Laundry / Ice / Games / Work Station Our Club house is the perfect place to stop by before or after the beach. The free ice machine will let you top off your cooler before heading to the beach, and our free shared laundry machines will give you the flexibility to wash whatever you need to clean on your own time. The door uses a smart lock (code is posted in your room) where you can access the Club House anytime during your stay. We also have games available for guests to use while staying; as well as some good books to get you through those long days at the beach. The Club House also provides a work station for guests to plug in and get some work done in between surf sessions. Just plug in and get to work; the numerous windows offer beautiful natural light, and a back porch to hang out on while your laundry is getting washed. The club house was built just for you; our guests. Other things to note The Garden The Island was planted in the middle of a tropical garden, and guests can enjoy seasonable fruit and vegetables as they ripen. Avocados, Mangos, Papayas, Bananas, and other delicious natural treats can be picked and enjoyed by guests while staying at the Island. As you walk the property, keep an eye out for tomatoes, green beans, and all types of herbs that can be added to your dinner freshly picked by you! The Fire Pit Kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. Sit in our comfortable Adirondack chairs and enjoy a fireside chat with friends. The propane fire pit sparkles with blue and beach class collected from our favorite surfing beaches around the world. Hanging candelabras provide just enough light to see your family and friends say OMG. Listen to the beach breeze moving the wind chimes, as the waterfall soothes the soul. The Tortoises The Island has become known for our exotic Tortoises, and you are going to LOVE them. We have 3 baby Sulcata Tortoises, and two 7 year old Hybrid Lepracata Tortoises. These Exotic hybrid Tortoises can not be found anywhere else! It is very rare to find a Tortoise Hybrid, and our resident Torts are legendary. Venus is 8 and Serena is 7 years old, and they love to eat veggies. Our Guests are invited to feed them (food will be in your fridge upon check in) and take photos with them. Venus and Serena eat a lot, while the babies eat less but more frequently. The three baby Tortoises are Keith Booth, Walt Williams , and Len Bias (all former University Maryland Basketball Players). They live in the smaller enclosure by the bbq grill and are all pure Sulcata Tortoises. All of These tortoises are from the sub-Saharan deserts of Africa and graze on a grassland diet. We feed them grass; hay, lettuce, melon, berries, aloe, spineless cactus, hibiscus, Carrots, broccoli, and more lettuce. They love to eat and our guests love to feed them. During your stay you can feed them, and engage with them while taking photos and making memories. Many guests love to come back year after year to see how the tortoises have grown. Our Hybrid Tortoises Venus and Serena, are considered rare and exotic. They are a mix between a Leopard Tortoise, and a Sulcata. They are quite unique, and have incredible personalities. Ring the dinner bell, and watch them come to eat; scratch their back and watch them bob their head; and each day you will see them in the sun grazing on grass or taking a nap in the shade. They are hard to miss, and even harder to forget. When you book your furnished vacation beach rental in Deerfield Beach, you will be making new friends, and lasting memories. Come and meet our resident Tortoises, and spend some time in our lush gardens. There is no place like the Island in Deerfield Beach. Other things to note Pet Policy: Pets (under 30 pounds) are permitted ONLY with prior approval from host. A pet cleaning fee will apply. If a pet is on property without prior approval, extra fees may apply. We kindly ask you to pick up after your pups after they go to the bathroom in the backyard or front yard please. *Extra fee may apply if poop is present on the property after check-out All Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the RV as per Broward County policy.
