Cosy but wild barn conversion

The guesthouse is comfy, spacious and well-equipped, including a good kitchen, a great shower and a toasty warm wood-burner. It's secluded and private in a wild spot - exceptionally peaceful. Starry skies and hooting owls. Great for dogs! A very nice pub and shop nearby. Speedy, stable broadband connection. It's a short walk to the moor and 40 mins to the River Dart - much of the walk off-road. If you want to get here by train, we can, by prior arrangement, pick you up from Totnes, 25 mins away. The space There are two double bedrooms. One of these is set up as a reading room with a desk, a bookshelf and a double futon. There is also sofa bed in the living area, so there are potentially 3 double beds. The living room is open plan with the kitchen area and dining area, but it is spacious and very user friendly. The shower is hot and high pressure. The kitchen is well equipped to a high standard of quality. Guest access We have one and a half acres of land, and there is plenty of room for you to have secluded outdoor space, or to wander down to the river at the boundary of our land. Once you walk out of the gate to our property you are immediately on a path through beautiful woods up to the moor. Other things to note Accessibility: there's plenty of off-road parking space for up to two vehicles. Note that from the car you'll need to climb 9 steps up to the facility, and there is no handrail. There is a spacious terrace at the front, with a picnic table. There's a step up into the house, but once in everything is on one level.
