The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages! The space The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned within seven months in 2020 with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! The approx. 130 square meters can accommodate up to 10 people on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. The open living and dining area is spacious, with a large wooden table (215x110), six leather chairs and a bench. It is the ideal place to spend the perfect day in Berlin. The open kitchen offers everything you need (Ceran range with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and enough dishes and utensils) to cook creatively. You either love the entrance area or you hate it. Mr. Krüger had the task of creating a first impression that you won't forget so quickly. The car sofa is comfortable and will hopefully go viral with many laughing faces… A separate part in the living area are the two chairs with the small wooden table, ideal to take a break from the action and look at the whole thing from a different angle. The living area has its own guest toilet, which was very important to us. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 × 200), a sofa bed (160 × 200), a chest of drawers, satellite TV, WiFi, two bast chairs and air conditioning, including a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. You can reach the upper floor via the wooden staircase. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a chest of drawers, satellite TV, WiFi, a bast chair and air conditioning. Upstairs, there are two more bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower, which are available for the three remaining bedrooms. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a chest of drawers, satellite TV, WiFi, a bast chair and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a chest of drawers, satellite TV, WiFi, a bast chair and air conditioning. All bedrooms and bathrooms are separated from each other and can be reached via a separate hallway. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior style, where there is something for all ages… Guest access The entire 130 square meters are at the disposal of our guests without restriction. The house is used exclusively by the guest and is not shared with anyone during the time. Other things to note We are in a quiet location. The vacation home is not intended for celebrations of any kind. This is a non-smoking house.
