The Hedgerow is a beautiful, award winning cottage with stunning views overlooking The Ridgeway. It is the idyliic country getaway; perfect for couples looking for a rural retreat in the heart of the Chilterns with all the home comforts and many more! Miles of wonderful off road walking from the back gates and dog friendly too, there is masses to see and do in the area and heaps of fabulous local pubs and restaurants close by. Easily accessible yet in a glorious countryside setting! The space Perfect for couples, The Hedgerow is chic and stylish, beautifully furnished detached country cottage set alongside The Ridgeway National Trail. Surrounded by our own fields and paddocks you will have peace and quiet and time to relax and decompress! There is a lovely open plan living room with all the home comforts including a large TV and most importantly, Ultra Fast WiFi. The bedroom has a new, very comfortable Hypnos Kingsize bed with wonderful Egyptian linens and huge fluffy bath sheets. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay including a dishwasher - no dirty dishes to deal with! There is a large shower room with a shower cabin that has a rain shower, power jets and sauna. Outside the cottage has a deck which you can sit and enjoy the views overlooking The Ridgeway from. There is an enclosed, dog proof garden attached to the cottage and a separate entrance and private parking. We welcome your dog at a small additional charge - please let us know in advance that you are bringing one as as we provide a pet pack with home made cheddar cheese biscuits! There are plenty of treats for the human guests too! Guest access Within easy distance of London, yet set in a fabulous rural position we are close to Princes Risborough railway station on The Chiltern Line running into Marylebone. The Oxford Tube bus service runs regularly on the M40 and we have secure, private off road parking for at least two cars. Other things to note We live on a small holding with sheep, horses and free range chickens (when laying, you'll have half a dozen eggs included in your welcome pack!) so we would ask our guests who stay with dogs that they are kept on a lead outside of the private enclosed garden of The Hedgerow.
