The house is a complete and independent apartment, part of the main house; it is rented only and exclusively when the entire plot is unoccupied, thus ensuring complete privacy for those who wish to visit it. It has a beautiful and dramatic oceanfront view and safe adventures when discovering the Quebrada Chica.
