The space The condominium has 3 blocks, with 4 floors each. The 4th floor apartments are duplexes. Our apartment is located in block C of the condominium, 4th floor. The lock is electronic, providing more comfort and security for guests. We provide a parking space and the condominium offers a swimming pool and play area. On the first floor of the apartment there is an integrated living room and kitchen with air conditioning, laundry and service bathroom, social bathroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, wardrobe and air conditioning and the master suite with 43" TV, air conditioning and wardrobe integrated into the bed. On the 2nd floor there is a second living room with a minibar, air-conditioning and two sofa beds, the second suite with a ceiling fan and wardrobe and an outdoor area of approximately 50 square meters that has a table with 6 chairs, two sun loungers, an umbrella, shower and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with utensils (pots and pans, pressure cooker, platters, mixer, Dolce Gusto and Italian Bialetti coffee maker, mixer, microwave, oven and cooktop, duplex refrigerator and dishwasher) and dishes (complete dinner and coffee appliances, cutlery, bowls and glasses) for guests. In the barbecue area there is suitable barbecue crockery. In the laundry room we have a washing machine, wall and floor clothesline, cleaning products, floor cloths, squeegees and brooms. The bathrooms have a shower stall with an electric shower and hand showers. In the apartment there are games: chess, playing cards and dominoes. The apartment is 300 meters from the beach, a quiet walk for 3 blocks in a straight line. Guest access Guests can use the condominium's common areas: swimming pool and game area. From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Respect the Law of Silence. No parties allowed in the apartment. Other things to note For the greater safety of guests and the condominium, we request registration with full names, documents, and car data in the parking space. No parties are allowed in the apartment; the stay is reserved for up to 8 guests, no more people will be accepted. No visitors other than registered guests. Wash your feet before entering the apartment and do not sit on the bed and interior furniture with wet clothes. We do not provide bed and bath linens. In the unit there is a tablecloth and dishcloths. Depending on availability, we offer flexible check-in and check-out.
