Please abide by Madera County Noise Ordinance regulations 9.58.020 "Residence. It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue, or cause to be made or continued, any disturbing, excessive or offensive noise which causes discomfort or annoyance to reasonable persons of normal sensitivity residing in the area." This quote is valid during all times of the day. ✦ We suggest bringing a 4x4 or chains in the winter (October-March) ✦ We are out in nature and back up to 300,000 acres of national forest, resulting in wildlife and critters that are occasionally around the property ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge and possible removal from the property ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments ✦ The house has huge windows so cooling the home can be difficult ✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you. ✦ The driveway is narrow and somewhat bumpy Guest access Guests will have access to all 8 acres and the entire home. No access is granted to the garage. The property also allows guests direct access to 300,000+ acres of national forest land for hiking and exploring! Other things to note PERSONAL AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ENTRY: A keypad is located around the back of the house on the French doors. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes 2 hot tubs, 2 fire pits, BBQ, ample dining tables and chairs, a hammock, outdoor games, and more! PARKING: There are three designated parking spots in front of the house, marked by the curb, with additional parking available in the back near the main entrance. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is six. THE DRIVE: During the winter months we can experience some snow as we are at 3,800 ft in elevation. We recommend either a 4x4 vehicle or chains. INTERNET: We have a whole house mesh system that should allow you to access the internet from anywhere inside the home. BEDROOMS: ✦ Bedroom 1: First floor - 2 Queen bunk beds (4 total beds) ✦ Bedroom 2: First floor - King bed and a daybed that converts into 2 separate twin beds ✦ Bedroom 3: First floor - 2 Queen beds ✦ Bedroom 4: Second floor - King bed with attached bathroom ✦ Bedroom 5: Second floor - King bed BATHROOMS: ✦ Bathroom 1: Second floor- Dual sink vanity with soaker tub and spacious full body shower in Bedroom 4 ✦ Bathroom 2: First floor - Single sink vanity and stand up shower ✦ Bathroom 3: First floor - Single sink vanity and stand up shower KITCHEN: Fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockpot and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB: To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment it is very important to please shower BEFORE using the spa, or, trust us... it will get funky! The spa has a hard time breaking down lotions, oils, perfumes, etc. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. Use of the property and all amenities (incl. kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, etc.) is at your own risk.
