Spacious apartment (total area 56m2) features hall, bedroom, bathroom and one big room with kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV. On the top of that there is large balcony (18m2) with amazing panoramic view of the High Tatra mountain range. You will never forget enjoying the cup of coffee or tea with such scenery in background. The building has been finished in the end of 2022 and the apartment and furniture is new. Double bed (160cm wide with 24cm thick box-spring mattress) in bedroom has high quality mattress for perfect sleep and in living room there is sofa bed which can be quickly changed into comfortable futon double bed with additional high-quality mattress on the top (140 cm wide). There is fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, NESPRESSO Vertuo coffee machine, dishes, glass wines, cast iron pan and just everything you need for cooking during your stay. In living part you can enjoy dining with scenic view (again!) and relax in stylish armchair or sofa. Bathroom with toilet has bath tub and washing machine. You will be provided with set of towels and bed sheets and if you need, you will find soap and shampoo in the bathroom as well. There are curtains in bedroom with 100% coverage, in the living room there are curtains on big window, blind on one window and kitchen window is without coverage. There is free private parking spot reserved for guests right in front of the apartment house. There is no height limit for cars as it is open space so you can arrive even with van or with roof top box. There is additional free public parking on the street if needed. 100 Mbit cable Internet with Wifi router is stable and reliable even for those who need to work online intensively. Smart 55" TV has SKYLINK TV channels, option to play videos Youtube or sign to your stream TV account. The apartment is on 6th floor with elevator.
