Intentionally designed and fully separate guest suite in the heart of downtown Vancouver. With an abundance of natural light, 7.5 ft ceilings & sound-proof insulation; we’ve done everything to ensure your stay is peaceful, private & enjoyable. We’re centrally located to downtown Vancouver and: - 1 mile to Downtown, the Vancouver Waterfront & the best food in Vancouver - Less than 15 min. to Downtown Portland & PDX - 20 min. to Columbia River Gorge trails & hiking The space Our private guest suite is located in the *basement* of our home through a dedicated and fully private entrance. You’ll enter the space through an entrance on the exterior of the home only available to Airbnb guests. The entrance and space is not shared at all with the home upstairs and has its own heating and cooling systems for optimal comfort! In addition, we’ve added sound-proofing insulation, windows for plenty of natural light and optimized ceiling height (7.5 ft) so our space is peaceful, quiet and comfortable! Worth noting we do live upstairs and while we’re incredible intentional with being quiet and respectful to our guests, we still live here and you may hear foot steps. Living Room - High speed internet - Comfy Restoration Hardware Cloud couch - Large Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc.) - Full sized washer and dryer under staircase - Iron and ironing board Kitchen - Fully stocked with iron clad pots pans, utensils and other kitchen necessities - Full sized fridge/freezer - Microwave - Range/oven - Dishwasher - Dining table that seats 4 Master Bedroom - King sized bed - Comfortable mattresses - Professionally laundered linens - Walk in closet Attached Bathroom - Large shower tub combo - Large vanity with storage - Plush towels - Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash Office/Flex Room - Dedicated workstation - High speed internet - Nespresso Coffee Maker - Queen air mattress upon request Guest access Guests have full access to the entire guest suite, and are the only ones who have access to it. There are no shared spaces or shared entry points. It’s a fully separate living space/apartment for you to enjoy with complete privacy. The entrance to the space is outside, like an apartment.
