The Blue Villa, 4 BDR Pool Villa Nai Harn Soi Naya

A newly renovated (Dec 2024) 4-bdrm private pool villa with a large front and back garden. Kept in modern style light coloures (blues). It offers privacy but at the same time quick access on foot to the main Soi Saiyuan road - just 3 min walk to restaurants and shops and 6 min drive away from the Nai Harn beach. The 4 ensuite bedrooms are built with direct access to the pool. The terrasse is the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful Phuket weather and have a great time with friends or family. The space The villa is incredibly comfortable and peaceful. All rooms have airconditioning. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. You will find wifi internet access, Netflix, a flat screen in the living room wall with smart tv, a washing machine and a clotheshorse, the pool is maintained twice a week and the garden once a week. We have a parking space for a cars and motorcycles inside the gate and three safety deposit boxes. All 4 luxury bedrooms feature comfortable King-sized beds, and en-suite bathrooms with showers, soft towels, and basic toiletries. Each room also has super-fast high-speed WiFi. There are 3 office spaces - in three of the bedrooms - perfect for business or corporate travels looking to both work and travel. Housekeeping is available every 4 days and the home features along with high-quality linens, unlimited clean water, and cooking gas. With a luxury private swimming pool, this space has everything that you need for an unforgettable stay! Perfect for groups of 4-8 people. Centrally situated, the villa is close to multitudes of shops, restaurants, spas, grocery stores, gyms, Rawai Seafood Market, Zipline Adventure, elephant sanctuary, shooting range, Cape Phrom Thep, banks, boat pier to all nearby islands and beaches and many other commercial and community facilities. Located near to Rawai’s core business district, this space is perfect for corporate retreats with a variety of dining and leisure options available. This space is also great for families and groups of friends or world travelers, with plenty of recreational options and popular attractions in the area. ★ELECTRICITY★ In Thailand, electricity is a very expensive and precious commodity. 95% of Phuket villas charge an electricity fee separate from the rental price, including our villa. This is due to the variety of travelers we welcome to the area. Some visitors spend a little time in the home, preferring to explore the outdoors and beaches & consuming very little electricity at home, while others prefer to spend their entire vacation in the home enjoying our amenities and consuming a larger amount of electricity. Without the differentiation in price for electricity, we would be forced to increase the rate of the rental for all guests. In an effort to be fair, we have decided to separate this fee and charge guests according to their usage. An electric meter reading will be taken at check-in and again at check-out to determine your usage. You will be charged at the rate of 8,5 thb per kW/h, which usually equates to a daily rate of 800thb to 1000thb depending on AC usage. Please turn off the AC when you are not home. Charges can be paid in local currency upon departure. Thank you in advance for your understanding! Upon arrival, please prepare 1,000 THB per day, for pre-paid electricity. All currencies are acceptable. (Ex: If you stay 3 days, please prepare 3 x 1,000 THB or equivalent currency). This will be used as a deposit. The electric meter will be checked at check-in and again upon check-out. Upon check-out, any difference over the deposit must be paid by the guests, and any difference under the deposit will be refunded by the host. Please turn off the AC when you are not home. Other things to note Let me now share a few practical details to facilitate your arrival and your stay. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request, 1 single extra bed can also be added (small additional cost). After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available and will try our best to be helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB for 3 pers or 1,500 THB from 5 to 10 pers) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. We provide one face & hands towe (small white), one bath towel (large white) and one pool towel (grey) per person and large dispensers of soap, shampoo and shower gel for each bathroom. A hairdryer and an ironing set are also available in the villa. HOUSE RULES by requesting to book you and all guests agree to the house rules 1. Guest Authorization: Only the confirmed number of guests from the booking are permitted at the villa. 2. No Smoking: Guests are not to smoke indoors, including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Feel free to smoke outdoors, but please keep the smoke outside by closing doors and windows. 3. Cleanliness: Treat the villa as you would your own home. 4. Respect Neighbours: Our villa is in a quiet & cosy residential area. No loud noise after 10pm, no parties. 5. Damages: Kindly use the towels and bedsheets for their intended purposes only. Avoid causing any permanent stains. Damages to any villa inventory item will incur a charge (see list below). 6. Electricity is charged at 8.5thb per unit used based on meter reading. We take a 1000 thb deposit for each night stayed upon your arrival and refund at the end of the stay all electricity deposit that was not used (please switch off air conditioning when leaving your room). 7. Departure: Check out by 10am as per the designated time on the morning of your departure 8. Key Return: Leave the keys on the coffee table or breakfast bar upon your departure. 9. Furniture: Relocating or moving furniture around inside the villa is not allowed without permission. 10. Safe: Ensure all your valuable items are stored in the safety deposit box. 11. Please wash all the dishes before your check-out. Please enjoy your stay at our villa! MANAGEMENT NOTE Dearest Guest, In the interests of transparency, lost or damaged items cost money to replace. That's just the way it is. We hope you can appreciate that. To avoid any misunderstanding, kindly note that the Villa Manager is under instructions to recover the cost of lost or damaged items. This is done out of respect for the next guests.
