Two separate bedrooms and a third room with a sofa bed ensure a good night's sleep: the master bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed, the second bedroom has a 140 cm wide bed and the third room has a comfortable sofa bed. The spacious living room has a 65” TV, a high-quality sound system and Netflix for movie nights. The dining area has a table for 6-8 people, and the kitchen also has a table for 4 people – as well as an automatic coffee machine for all lovers of good coffee. From the large terrace you can admire the northern lights on bright winter nights, and the large yard offers plenty of space for children to play. A proper workout can be done in your own gym, which has a power cage, a bar and 150 kg weights, different sizes of dumbbells, adjustable dumbbells and a Concept2 rowing machine. The location is central but quiet: Santa's Village and SantaPark are just a short drive away, and the bus stop is 200 meters away. Guest access Guests are free to stay. Only going to the storage rooms is prohibited. Other things to note The traditional log sauna can only be heated in the presence of the owner. The owner heats the sauna and makes sure that the fire is extinguished properly. Heating the sauna costs 120 euros.
