Guest access The best way to get around is by car and/or bike. You will have a dedicated space to park inside the building. Other things to note Careful thought has been given to ensure all your required necessities are met while staying away from your home. For longer stays, please be ready to purchase supplies for your day to day needs as we only provide limited quantities. The market place is just a few minutes drive for your shopping needs. There is no daily housekeeping but the unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your stay. However, our on site staff will check with you for a mandatory cleaning every 15 days, if your stay exceeds more than 2 weeks for a nominal fee. This is to ensure the up keep of the unit while ensuring the premises is well maintained and clean. Please ensure you call the housekeeper to empty the garbage on a frequent basis. We provide a bottle of water and some light snacks upon your arrival. The kitchen in the unit is equipped with all the required brand new utensils perfect for cooking on a gas stove and appliances such as microwave, rice cooker etc. A beverage station is included with sugar, tea, coffee (ground and instant) as well as coffee maker and kettle. For your laundry needs, a washing machine is installed in the utility area, perfect for cleaning your clothes during your stay. Please ensure you bring in the laundry detergent which is especially important if you are planning on longer stays. Also please note that the linen including bedding set and towels provided in the unit should not be washed in the washing machine and is used only for your personal clothing. If you need to wash the bedding set and towels please ask watchman for further assistance. An hairdryer and iron with the stand is provided for your convenience. We provide an extra set of bedsheet and 2 pillow covers in the bedroom just in case you need to change. For your security, the building is equipped with security cameras on each floor and is monitored 24x7. The entrance to the building remains closed after hours by the on site watchman and you can coordinate with him as per your needs. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please understand that service interruptions due to external provider issues are beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds for such outages, but will report them promptly.
